I rarely send in comments on things. But in this case I have to say my phone consultation with the doctor was better than any actual in person visit I have ever made to a doctor in all the years I have been going to see one. It was obvious he had no distractions like most doctors have and there was no sense of rushing. His focus was 100% on my issue and it was resolved in probably less than 5 minutes. Great service!

I was a little skeptical with the claim I could reach a doctor anytime, anywhere. My daughter jumped out of the van and did a stomach slide in the parking lot. She was cut and scraped all over her arms and legs and belly. I called my husband to let him know I was loading all the kids up and running to urgent care. He suggested as strongly as he could given the situation and my panic to get a doc on video. Within in minutes I was on a video call with a doctor standing in the parking lot with my daughter sitting in the van. He spent almost 15 minutes on the call which included calming me down and assuring me an urgent care trip wasn’t needed. He told me what dressings to get and explained to me how to clean and dress her wounds. Also got a prescription strength ointment he called in that I picked up on the way home. I am literally still shocked at the way this was handled by the doctor. Thank you so much!

We were actually able to do a consultation while looking up at the skyscrapers! On top of it the doctor wrote a prescription and helped locate a pharmacy within walking distance. I woke up with some kind of skin rash issue with some pain but horrible itching and called my doctor. He immediately referred me to a dermatologist. I called and they were happy to inform me that they could see me in 2 weeks and if unbearable go to urgent care. So exciting to know I could scratch my arm to the bone over the next two weeks or head for urgent care. I tried your service and as claimed was talking to a doctor in less than 10 mins. He prescribed an ointment for the itching and general protection with instructions on what to watch for that would require a trip to urgent care. Thankfully i was able to avoid the urgent care trip and was able to function without concern until the dermatology appointment. It is now all cleared up. After a great vacation in Europe we had one more night in Boston to take in a game at Fenway before returning home. As we were in final approach to land, I experienced bad pain and plugging in my ears. I waited for about an hour at the hotel room with no change in condition. I never experienced anything like this. telemedicine call first right from the hotel room. In less than 5 minutes a licensed physician from Massachusetts was on the phone with me going over exactly what condition I had. Not only did he calm me down, he prescribed drops for the pain and an antibiotic for the infection. The doctor located a nearby pharmacy and my husband was able to grab a cab and return with the medications in less than 25 minutes. We didn’t miss the game that evening! I will NEVER be without this service, EVER. Customer for life!

Our teenage son woke up experiencing pains in his left side late in the evening. Since the pain wasn’t extremely severe, we weren’t sure whether we needed to take him to the ER or wait until morning and take him to our doctor. We consulted with our telemedicine doctor. After a few minutes, he concluded it was most likely the onset of a gall bladder problem and advised we go to the ER immediately. He also said to be sure the ER nurse was aware of his possible diagnosis so that we would be handled accordingly in their triage evaluation. Amazingly even though the ER was filled with various people with issues he was taken right in because of the doctor’s referral. Knowing we have a doctor available anytime is a great value to us and we wouldn’t be without our telemedicine service!

I wanted to drop a quick note of thanks. Your medical savings program is awesome. I needed a prescription for an eye condition after my telemedicine consultation which when we arrived at the pharmacy proved to be quite expensive. Even with our insurance the prescription was going to cost $232. I remembered I had your card for prescription discounts and gave it to the clerk. The final price through your service was only $38. WOW!! Thank you so much again for having such a great addition with your telemedicine service.
