Per the CDC, “Reported community spread of COVID-19 in parts of the United States raises the level of concern about the immediate threat for COVID-19 for those communities. The potential public health threat posed by COVID-19 is very high, to the United States and globally.”

National Telemed Solutions is a company specializing in providing telemedicine services on a direct to consumer basis. The corporate partnership platform provides the individual consumer household membership to the National Telemed group. The individual household is afforded the benefit of joining the National Telemed network for access to the telemedicine service.

The plan is not insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. This plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. This plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
